Our care/support workers are chosen following a detailed interview to ascertain their suitability and reliability and on the receipt of two written references. Their selection is only confirmed once an in-depth Induction Programme has been attended and the care/support worker has proven the required level of competence.
Olive Leaf Healthcare Solutions involves care/support workers and service users in Quality Assurance monitoring on a regular basis in order to ensure that the care provided is of the highest standard.
We operate a care service, which aims to provide care/support workers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year. We operate a 24 hour on call service for service users and care/support workers, in case of emergency.
Olive Leaf Healthcare Solutions care/support workers are supported by an efficient and caring Management team who, during office hours liaise with service users and their families, Care authorities and other care professionals to ensure a competent and sensitive approach is taken to the delivery of all care services.
